REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At The Urban Art Dealer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your art print or product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund . Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact theurbanartdealer@gmail.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
If defective or damaged, please email me photo evidence of the damaged parcel before you open it (Holes, tears etc) and / or any defects on the product itself. Without these I will not be able to investigate the cause of damage and process a refund.
I always record the quality of the product before I send anything out (Photos and videos). All of the products I sell are limited editions or one offs so items are valuable and can’t be replaced. Please also be mindful that many of these products are hand made meaning all editions will be slightly different from the rest in the set. There will always be print artefacts from hand pulled screen prints, various imperfections on one offs, overlaps on hand painted toys. These imperfections are what make these pieces more interesting and unique. They are not factory made.
